Welcome to Lighthouse Reviews. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LighthouseReviews.com and all services provided by Lighthouse Reviews ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Lighthouse Reviews provides reputation management and customer review request services for businesses, including but not limited to:

Review request automation
SMS review campaigns
Email review campaigns
Review management
CRM integrations
Customer communication automation
Google Business Profile optimization

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

You own or have authorization to use all customer information submitted to Lighthouse Reviews.
You have obtained any legally required consent necessary to contact your customers via SMS and email.
You will only provide accurate and lawful customer information.
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing customer communications.

Customer Communications

Lighthouse Reviews sends SMS and email review requests on behalf of its clients.

By uploading customer information, clients authorize Lighthouse Reviews to send review request communications using approved third-party providers.

Recipients may opt out of future communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within each message or by replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable.

No Guarantee of Results

While our services are designed to increase customer engagement and online reviews, Lighthouse Reviews does not guarantee:

A specific number of reviews
Positive reviews
Google rankings
Search engine rankings
Business growth
Revenue increases
Lead generation results

Results vary depending on customer participation and numerous external factors beyond our control.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their selected service plan.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Subscriptions automatically renew.
Payments are due on the scheduled billing date.
Late or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription according to the terms of their service agreement.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the client to refunds for services already rendered.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for services already performed are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, graphics, workflows, documentation, and materials created by Lighthouse Reviews remain the property of Lighthouse Reviews unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary materials without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

Google
GoHighLevel
Stripe
Email providers
CRM platforms
Payment processors

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimer

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Lighthouse Reviews during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lighthouse Reviews and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of our services
Customer data you provide
Your violation of applicable laws
Your breach of these Terms

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, abuse of the platform, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
